        It is prayed on behalf of applicants/accused that this Honourable Court may be pleased to enlarge the applicants/accused above named on bail in Crime No.221/2010 for offence punishable U/s 294 PPC of police station Market Hyderabad, on consideration of following grounds :-

GROUNDS
1-        That, applicant/accused is innocent and falsely been implicated in this case.
2-        That, on 21-9-2010 complainant ASI Gul Muhammad Lashari registered present FIR on 21-9-2010 at 2230 hours on behalf of the state.
3-        That, being law abiding citizen as and when applicants/accused came to know about the registration of the case against them they surrender themselves before this Honourable Court.
4-        That, alleged offence is bailabale and in such type of cases bail is rule and refusal is exception.
5-        That, applicants/accused are not habitual offender nor previous convict or hardened and desperate criminal.
6-        That, there is no likelihood of abscondance or tampering with prosecution evidence.
7-        That, applicants/accused are ready and willing to furnish solvent surety to the entire satisfaction of this Honourable Court.
